Change of Mind

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from Harvey Norman Lighting. Ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our Harvey Norman Lighting Store and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Installed a couple of months. We operate the remote in the holder rather than remove it. The fan seems to move more air than the old AC ‘rattan blade’ one it replaced. Runs very quietly and seems to have perfect balance. Discovered that you reverse the blades while they are running (it slows them to a stop, then reverses). It is a 5 speed, but we don’t seem to use it above 3. We have a 48″ and a 52″and are pleased with both of them. Note: in order for the cowl to fit against the ceiling the white electrical cable (that is inside the cowl) needs to be removed or it takes up too much room pushing downwards forcing a small gap between the ceiling and the cowl. You will need to have an on/off electrical plate on the wall for the power going to the unit. If you have a light, then when you turn the power to the fan on, the light comes on. You can then run the fan; If you want to turn the light off (leaving the fan running) you must do so from the remote, If you turn it off from the wall you will be turning the fan off turn.
